Oncallizer ("we", "us") helps teams generate and export on-call schedules. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email address. If you save a schedule, we store the staff names, levels, and shift rules you enter, plus the generated schedule. We do not collect or store any patient data, medical records, or other protected health information - this tool schedules staff, it does not touch clinical data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Moyasar. We never see or store your card details - Moyasar shares with us only what's needed to credit your account (the amount paid and a transaction reference).

How we use your data

To operate your account, generate and store schedules you ask us to save, and process payments.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete a saved schedule at any time. Email support@oncallizer.com to request full account deletion.
