The service

Oncallizer is a staffing tool that generates on-call schedules from staff and rules you provide. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, legal, or scheduling-compliance advice - you're responsible for confirming any generated schedule meets your organization's actual staffing requirements before relying on it.

Accounts & credits

Generating, previewing, and exporting schedules are currently free. If paid export credits are introduced in the future, exporting a schedule to Excel will use one credit, purchased in advance; credits won't expire, and their introduction will be announced on the Updates page before taking effect.

Refunds

If credits are in use: unused credits are refundable - if a schedule didn't work out for you, contact us and we'll refund any credits you haven't spent on an export.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store patient data or other information it isn't designed to hold, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
