The service

Oncallizer is a staffing tool that generates on-call schedules from staff and rules you provide. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, legal, or scheduling-compliance advice - you're responsible for confirming any generated schedule meets your organization's actual staffing requirements before relying on it.

Plans & prices

Building, generating and hand-editing schedules is free. Exporting a schedule to Excel is covered by a plan: 1 month for 99.00 SAR or 12 months for 999.00 SAR. Prices are in Saudi Riyal and are the final amount charged.

A plan is a one-time payment granting unlimited exports for that period. It does not renew automatically and no card is stored - when the period ends, access simply stops until you choose to buy another plan. Buying additional time before your current plan expires adds to it rather than replacing it.

Exports are currently free during our launch period; the start of paid plans will be announced on the Updates page before it takes effect.

Refund policy

Oncallizer sells a digital service, so there is nothing to return or exchange. Instead:

• Within 14 days of purchase, if the service did not work for you, email support@oncallizer.com and we will refund your payment in full.
• After 14 days, contact us and we will refund the unused remainder of your plan, calculated pro rata.
• If a technical fault on our side prevented you from exporting your schedule, you are refunded in full regardless of how long ago you purchased.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store patient data or other information it isn't designed to hold, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
